The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery (ASCRS) is proud to host the 16th Annual Colorectal Residents Career Course on October 24–25, 2025, at the historic Hotel Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio.

This much-anticipated event, part of the ASCRS Surgical Leadership Institute, provides ACGME Colon and Rectal Surgery residents with valuable insights as they prepare to transition from training into their careers. The two-day course will feature a dynamic blend of lectures, panel discussions, and small group sessions, led by an impressive faculty that includes past ASCRS Presidents and nationally recognized leaders in colorectal surgery.

Participants can expect practical guidance, leadership perspectives, and career development strategies designed to equip them for success in the “real world” of surgical practice.
